What moves the price
Four things change the number on any order: the language pair (EN↔PT/ES/FR/DE is our common band at no extra cost; any other pair adds 35%); turnaround (standard is included; next-business-day rush adds 35%); certification add-ons on documents only (notarisation confirmation +€35 per document, apostille handling +€75 per document, an extra certified hard copy +€12); and volume, which is simply the variant or quantity you choose.
There's a €45 minimum order — it covers the fixed cost of assigning a translator and reviewer to any job, however small. All prices shown on this site are VAT-inclusive (IVA 23%); the VAT component is itemised separately at checkout so you can see it.
Pricing questions
They're the actual price for the scope described. The only additions are the language-pair, turnaround and add-on modifiers stated on this page, all shown before you check out.
Fewer qualified translators work in less-common pairs to the standard we require, and sourcing and reviewing the work takes longer.
Checkout is currently a demonstration flow — clearly labelled — with no live payment processing yet; no card data is ever transmitted or stored.
Yes — add your NIF/VAT number at checkout (step 2, optional field) and it appears on your invoice.
