How the pair band works
"Common" here means a pair we handle constantly and can staff and turn around at our standard rates. "Less-common" isn’t a judgement on the language — it’s a statement about how many qualified translators we can call on for that specific pair, which is what the 35% band reflects in the cart and at checkout.
If your pair isn't listed at all, ask — we may still cover it; we'd rather tell you honestly than list "100+ languages" and leave you to find out later.
