Two things matter more here than anywhere else: confidentiality, and consistency. Files are handled only by the translator and reviewer assigned to your project — never batch-uploaded to a shared pool of freelancers — and we’ll sign your NDA if you need one alongside our own confidentiality terms. Every translation goes through the same independent second-linguist revision as the rest of our work, with a specific check for terminology consistency across the document — the same defined term translated the same way on page 1 and page 40.
For a recurring engagement (an annual filing cycle, a standing outside-counsel relationship), we keep a term list for your organisation so vocabulary stays consistent project to project, not just within one document.
